Each day Artisanal services the best chefs in the country. These chefs demand the highest quality and widest variety of cheeses, but they all follow one important culinary rule – cheese should be presented and eaten from mildest to strongest – a Cheese Flight!
We recommend you place your mildest cheeses at the 6 o’clock position of your platter or serving board and arrange them clockwise from mildest to strongest. You too can now enjoy a “Cheese Flight” along with our staff’s suggestions of perfect pairing with wine and beer. The Artisanal CheeseClock® makes everyone an expert!
