How We Ship: Perfect Delivery, Elegant Presentation

Each of our cheeses are aged in our temperature and humidity-controlled caves and approved for release only when they've reached optimal ripeness and peak flavors. Our affineurs then individually cut and pack each cheese to order.

We specially wrap and ship all our packages, so they arrive in perfect condition. Each order is packaged in insulated cartons, fitted with gel ice packs and cushioned with packing peanuts to ensure quality standards for up to 48 hours

We take as much care in shipping our cheeses as we do in caring for them. Orders may be shipped to arrive overnight or by two-day air.
