Like a fine wine or spirit, finish is what distinguishes these cheeses. The small crystals of milk sugars in our 12-Year Cheddar create a lingering buttery aftertaste. The slightly smokey aroma of Fiore Sardo and its salty goodness pairs wonderfully with the less smokey but ever-so-smooth Idiazábal. The collection rounds out with the classic and earthy Keen’s Cheddar.
